Books like these, ones with redeeming messages, are great reads and valuable resources for parents and educators.

I want Peace...but why do I stay in "Fight or Flight?"

11-2-2020: It seems that everyone is in this zone of Fight or Flight--stress, worry, and fear. I enjoyed speding times with the wonderful ladies at the Relaxology Spa in Washington, PA today! We had such an amaing conversation about peace and making choices that bring us closer to peace! The world around us often brings chaos and surrounds us with the notion that we must keep going, must keep moving, essentially fight or flight. We need to take a deep breath and move towards decisions that bring us peace.
